Terry Costello is a 30-year veteran of the nation’s capital, and a member of The Livingston Group team. His areas of expertise include international business ventures, defense and energy systems, environmental technologies, homeland security, law enforcement, mergers and acquisitions, and university research.
Mr. Costello has worked successfully in the private sector, the federal government and as congressional staff on Capitol Hill. He was a professional staffer with the House Armed Services Committee sea power and procurement subcommittees and a defense aide in the personal office of the late Floyd D. Spence (R-SC).
Before going to Capitol Hill, he planned and executed nationwide communications programs as Deputy Public Affairs Director at the Interior Department’s Bureau of Land Management and at the Office of Surface Mining. Prior to that, he was an energy and minerals analyst with the brokerage firm of Edwards and Hanly.
Mr. Costello is a George Washington University graduate with a degree in Journalism. He served with the US Army and with the Army Reserves.
