Matthew McDonnell

Matthew McDonnell is a TLG Legislative Assistant. His primary roles include conducting extensive research and assisting with various federal and state programs and incentives, such as the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program and Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) and Title 17 Clean Energy Financing programs. Mr. McDonnell earned a master’s degree in economics from Clemson University.
