Ms. Stacie Walters Fujii joined The Livingston Group in 2007 and has over eight years of federal government relations experience.

On Capitol Hill, Ms. Fujii was a congressional staffer for Representative Vic Snyder (D-AR) and handled issues relating to the judiciary, banking, commerce, energy, homeland security, housing, science, Social Security, and telecommunications.

Ms. Fujii brings to the team extensive appropriations experience and a keen background in Homeland Security legislation, including border and port security, crisis management and civil liberties issues. She assisted the Committee on House Administration as an election observer for the 2006 Ohio election recount process. In the 2010 election, Ms. Fujii assisted the Democratic National Committee with voter protection issues and participated in federal campaigns in Arkansas, California, Florida, and Louisiana.

Ms. Fujii is a lifetime member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders and has participated in democracy building exchanges with the governments of Afghanistan, China, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Thailand, and Turkey.

She has clerked for the Honorable Robert Fussell in Federal Bankruptcy Court and was a law clerk for the home offices of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Ms. Fujii graduated with a degree in political science and a juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She currently studies French and Arabic.
