Financial Services and Tax

Banking, Insurance, and Securities continue to expand into one another’s industries. The creation of new financial products is ever expanding. In turn, more and more ordinary Americans are acquiring the means to access these financial products as well as the capital markets. This creates the demand for oversight and the potential for regulation that goes well beyond basic transparency and disclosure. In the tax arena, targeted incentives for heath care, education, savings, energy and the environment, among others, continue to be pursued, all against the backdrop of the perennial prospect for overall tax reform simplification. The Livingston Group has highly talented people who are proven and well positioned to shepard your financial services and tax needs.
