Mike Waite joined the Livingston Group team in 2002 after a 28-year career with the Army National Guard.
During his eight-year tenure in the Pentagon, Mr. Waite became an expert in the appropriations processes for the Army Directorate and National Guard senior leadership. After retiring as a colonel in the Missouri Army National Guard in 1998, he has been successfully engaged as a legislative consultant and lobbyist, on issues and legislation ranging from defense to education, agriculture, interior, and Labor HHS for more than a decade.
Mr. Waite graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Agriculture Business.
