Before joining The Livingston Group, he worked for U.S. Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) from 2006-2011, who was the Ranking Member of the Senate Budget Committee and a senior member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. While working for Senator Gregg, he served as his lead advisor on energy, environment, and agriculture policy issues.
Mr. Gauthier graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2004 with a bachelor of arts in political science.
